We recommend using the following method for preparing filter coffee:

• First pour: Bloom with 45 ml of water (wait 35–40 seconds)
• Second pour: Continue pouring until reaching 120 ml (wait 15–20 seconds)
• Third pour: Continue pouring until reaching 220 ml (wait 15–20 seconds)
• Final pour: Continue pouring until reaching 300 ml (allow total brew time to reach 3 minutes)

Grind size: Medium to coarse
